Q.I have not received an e-mail after having made a purchase of a product?

A.We send an automatic reply e-mail to inform you of your transaction number after your order is completed.
If you do not receive an automatic reply mail within 30 minutes after your order has been received, then please contact us using an inquiry form since there could be various causes such as address differences, spam mail functions, and the domain not canceled is considered.
