Regarding sales criteria for second hand products

At Surugaya, regarding second-hand goods, we deal with items that can completely satisfy the intended purpose for there usage.

When there are times when it is necessary to inform the state of the product, we will clearly state the condition of the contents and sell it.
Even in the case, there is no mention, we will inform the customer of the condition and sell it after confirmation.

For items with the notation of “junk item”, these will be treated as a no claim, no return items.
Moreover, in regards to new products/second-hand products/condition declared products/defect merchandise/B rank (dirty/cracked/parts missing etc.) correspondence for return/exchange to the manufacturers cannot be done. Please purchase and acknowledge this beforehand.

As for second-hand goods, at the time of purchase, all goods will be opened and their condition will be confirmed.
We do not make guarantees when there are no specific descriptions in regards to bands, tags, entry postcards, tickets, sleeves, etc.
Also, except in special cases where there is mention of a bonus, privilege, etc. these may not be included.

In our shop, please understand that we will control the product using product control stickers and that the product will be delivered with the control sticker attached to the product.
In addition, when the price tag, etc. is attached at the time of purchase, the product may be delivered as it is.

Items that do not meet the sales criteria

Those that do not satisfy the price value and can not fulfill its original purpose of use will be outside of our sales standards.
In the unlikely case that such items do get delivered, for books, comics excluding photo books, hobby books, and collections and such, for these other goods we will make refunds or exchanges.
Please confirm the following for additional criteria for each individual type of product.

Regarding the handling of book collections/publications/comics

Since selling goods such as those above they may be subject to small issues in terms of reading, some breaks, tears, writing, sun damage,there may be a small flaw such as wet water marks and some dirt. Of the characteristics for these products, we are dealing with the following products in regard to these items.

[Photo collection / Hobby book collection / Doujinshi]
When there is no mention of "revised version", we will treat it as the same item even if the items are of the older version/revised version, with different covered bindings.
In cases where there are incompleteness etc. that would be unsuitable as a collection, in this case we will make an exchange.

[Books other than those mentioned above / Comics]
When there is no mention of "revised version", we will treat it as the same item even if the items are of the older version/revised version, with different covered bindings.

[Picture books]
The product may be sold even in the case if there is no cover on the book.
For products with the notation of “rank B” in the product description, there may be scratches, dirt and the like that is determined to reduce the value of the product, so the handling of the product is different from that of ordinary goods.
There is no issue with reading.

Regarding CD・DVD・BRD service

For those products with a selling price of fewer than 500 yen, it will be handled as normal items even if the case is damaged.
There could be some defects such as a broken or a torn jacket, JAN processing, writing, sun exposure, watermarks and dirt.
The sleeve case/chapter list/inner bags may not be included.
There could be cases in which there are minor imperfections such as scratches, dirt, etc. that do not hinder playback.
Even in the case if there are very small cracks in the center hole portion of the disc, we will handle it as an ordinary item.
Please know that at the center hall customers may utilize playback equipment to fix the disc.

For the product with the notation of “rank B” in the product name, there are scratches, dirt, etc. which are judged to reduce the product value in the package, software item itself, instructions, etc. Therefore, it is handled as a product different from ordinary goods. There is no out of stock.
There is no problem with play and playback.

When there is a case where there are versions different from “regular version” such as “initial version” and “limited edition version”, if it is missing about the software state only, then we will treat it as a “regular version”.
In that case, there may be a difference in the package etc. of the product.

About the handling for the game, PC peripheral equipment (memory card, controller, keyboard, mouse, etc.)

external boxes/instruction, will not be included as basic items.

In regards to the XBOX 360 system, we have no warranty for the ability of the network connection with these second-hand goods.

About managing PC software/game software

When there is use of a backup battery for a game software there is no guarantee of the remaining amount of the backup battery.
Also, in regards to software for the save flash top Game Boy Advance, it will not be covered by warrant for the ability to save.

Regarding bands, postcard, tickets, trading cards, seals, sticker, download codes, etc. in particular, it may be cases where it is not attached in the description.
For items with a selling price of fewer than 500 yen, we will handle those goods as normal items even it the case is damaged.
There may be flaws such as cracks, cracks in the case, box, jacket, slight wear and tear, tears, writing, sun damage, water marking and some dirt, as well as inner box cracks.

When there are versions different from “regular version” such as “initial version” and “limited edition version”, if the special edition is out of stock and only in the software case, it will be handled as “regular version”.
In that case, there may be a difference in the package etc. of the product.

The sleeve case may not be included.
Especially when there is no notation “with benefits”, there may be minor defects, with the disclosure about the damage on all or part of the enclosed product.
For all “Battery” / “Electric battery” / “Lamp” etc. regardless of the built-in external parts, we will not accept returns or exchanges because of expendable parts.
Even if there are very small cracks in the center hole part of the disc, we will handle it as an ordinary item.Please note that customers may use equipment of the type to fix the center hole of the disc, such as game machines prior to PS2 and personal computers.

For soft cases of Game Boy, Game Gear, Wonder Swan, and Neo Geo regarding the sleeve containing the Hu card of the PC engine (Hu card), it may not come with the product.Please note this beforehand.

Regarding the domestic version mega drive software, for the specification of the case with same size software case, we will find it as not covered by security.

Regarding managing arcade game circuit boards

Basically the outer box is not attached.
Regarding the accessory such as the exclusive control panel and instruction card/POP/instructions etc., it is not attached in case there is no particular description.
The product main parts / instruction cards / instructions may be aging and deteriorating, overly used, having dirt and scratched on all or parts of the product.
Regarding the MVS cartridge, the color of the cartridge may be different from the photo.
We will treat it as the same item even if the picture and the color are different.
Regarding the warping of the board, we will sell the product in the case we judge it to have mild warping and doesn’t include deficiency as a finished product.
Regarding the MVS cartridge, it is not covered by warranty for matching of the CRC and the checksum.

Product images are samples. Except for items that are shooting by enlarging defective spots, there may be a slight difference in the condition of the item since the product image and the actual thing are not exactly the same thing.
Regarding titles that have multiple versions, we do not distinguish between versions unless otherwise stated.

Regarding managing kinds of dolls and figurines

The main part, box, parts, accessories are available, but all or part of them could have aged deterioration, having had usage, slight dirt, and scratches.
Regarding tagged soft vinyl figures, in the case when there is not a tag, the tag didn’t exist.
Regarding second-hand products, “using cardboard for transporting” will be outside of warranty.

[Regarding B rank products]
Regarding products with the notation of “B rank” in the product name, the main item, its box, parts, and accessories are all the same, but since there is judge to be damage that reduces the value of the product with the outer box, blister case, these will then be handled as a different product from the original product.
Since the contents of the deficiencies are clearly stated in the description of the items, please be sure to check while placing an order.

[Regarding damaged goods]
For products that have the notation of “damaged goods” in the product name, part of either the main body, box, parts, accessories, as a product differs from the ordinary goods because there are breakage and deficiency that causes the value of the good to be impacted and go down. In the item description, the contents of the deficiencies will be specified clearly.

Regarding handling trading figures/toys/capsule toys/goods

· Outer box, case, bag, capsule, booklet, serial, download code etc. are not included basically.
In the case of missing items such as display box or storage case judged to be part of the item, we have stated to that effect in the item description.

· Data cards, game cards, medals, etc., which can be used once we do not guarantee the presence/absence of use, availability unless otherwise stated.

· When there is a change in the material and size etc. in the first edition and the resale version, and the announcement comes from the manufacturer, then it is stated and handled as a separate item.
Please note that you can not specify the version if the details are not published from the manufacturer.

· For all “Battery” / “Electric battery” / “Lamp” etc. regardless of the built-in external parts, we will not accept returns or exchanges because of expendable parts.

Regarding managing the different trading card suppliers

Sleeves are subject to sale only for unused items.

Regarding managing trading cards

· For products with a selling price of 150 yen or less, we will treat the products that can fulfill their purpose of use as ordinary items.
[B rank] cards are products that have scratches, scuff marks, dirt, dents, and folding, etc. compare with regular sale items.
For the purpose to use it for play, there bruising on it will be judged to the level that there is no problem.

· In regards to the products which are sealed within the inner packet at the time of selling from the maker, we can not allow the opening/unopening of the inner bag.

Regarding the handling of plastic models

They are not eligible for sale (except for runners).
Regarding adhesive, that is outside of our object guarantee.

Regarding the handling of jigsaw puzzles

We will be able to sell the finished or unassembled product (which the inner bag is unopened).
Regarding adhesive, that is outside of our object guarantee.

Regarding handling stuffed animals

About plush toy boxes, paper tags, mounts, patterns, hangers, if there is no notation, then it is out of warranty coverage.

Regarding handling cloth products and clothing

All items, except unopened and unused items, are cleaned before sale. Some items that cannot be cleaned due to their material or size are indicated specially on our website.
Unless mentioned otherwise, sizes are indicated according to JIS standards.

Regarding handling tableware

For the outer box, usually, the booklet is not attached. After purchase, cleaning, disinfection, etc. will not be done.

Regarding the handling of perfume and cosmetics

For the matter of unopened, we have decided to use products that are eligible for sale.
In the case of “opened/nearly unused items”, we will list them individually.
Regarding the outer box usually it is not attached.

Regarding handling stationery

For the outer box, a booklet is basically not attached.

Regarding handling AV equipment

“Manufacturer warranty” is not included as a rule regardless of the time of sale. Also, even if attached, we will not honor the application of the manufacturer guarantee.

Regarding the handling of toys/hobbies/goods

Regarding rental upgrade products

These are products that were actually used as a rental item at a rental store.
There are cases where there are scratches and seals that are not problematic but do remain.
There may be a little noise and the jacket color or paint etc. could be fading.
It may be in the rental use of a case.

Regarding lucky bag items

The same goods may be included in the lucky bags of the same title.
Accessories such as boxes, instructions, cases, etc. may not be available.
Moveover, in regards to the junk set, we will not guarantee the option of the item in addition to the product state such as a box, a description, a case, a box, etc.
Since the posted product image is just that an image, there is no guarantee that the same product as what is in the image will be included.
