The tren eléctrico de Keihan Otsu Line 80 Series Combined Vehicle/Non-Cooling Age] was manufactured in 1961 to replace the old model vehicles between Sanjo station and Hamaotsu station.
At the initial introduction was operated in a single train, but in order to respond to the increase in users, it became a two-car fixed train by installing a penetration path.
After subsequent cooling modification in around 1989, it was retired by substituting the train series 800 for direct operation only when the direct operation was started in 1997.
The product is recreated in a two-car fixed train.
Power unit is recommended TM-TR05 (B for Large Trolls) and pantgraph is PG16 <0238> (separate vending).
