New York in the 1930 s was in the midst of a construction boom. Let's secure a good place and build a building.
The place adjacent to various shops is the target. Seven areas are the scoring sources. Don't forget about Central Park. You can put as many buildings as you like here.
The tagger chooses one of the four types of action. You can build more buildings or add new stores to the board with your choices. It is also important to secure a building card. Building cards are separated by color and become trump cards to get the land you need.
Over time, two markers move on the board towards Central Park. The marker indicates the area where the score can be calculated, and at the same time, it specifies the area for bidding. An auction round occurs when the
marker moves from Central Park. Auctions occur in turn in each area where markers pass. It is time to use the acquired building card. Play the same color card where you want to place your building.
You can add a black building card that can be used for all-around. If you win the auction, you can put your building on the land. If you win the auction of the area where all the land is buried, you can make that area a Last Order. A special score calculation occurs in the area where the Last Order occurs.
The game ends when all stores are on the game board or the second area is Last Order. The final score is calculated for each area, and the player with the highest score wins.
There is a map on the back of the board so you can enjoy different games.
