Series 209 No. 3100 is a series of cars purchased and remodeled by East Japan Railway Company (JR East) of Series 70-000 cars, which were active in Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit.
When the Series 70-000 cars were converted into 10-car cars in 2004, two middle cars were additionally manufactured, and two four car sets appeared in 2005.
