イ・ムジチ1回目の全曲録音で、このあと85年に再録している。ソリストは皆若く、ホリガーは20代、ブリュッヘンもオリジナル楽器に転向する以前の演奏だ。溌剌とした妙技を展開する管楽器と、アーヨの率いるイ・ムジチの冴えた響きがよくとけ合っている。
