[CD trial listening comment]
A live performance at the Lucerne Music Festival on August 22, 1954, about three and a half months before his death. It is inscribed with a noble performance that can be said to be the will of Furtwangler who has reached the stage of death. I would like to express my heartfelt joy that you can listen to excellent performances in excellent sound quality with the re-release of tahra. ★
