[CD-Audition comment]
The Janssen is performing brilliantly with a glossy sound. Romantic expressions in Mendelssohn and agressive expressions in Bruch are wonderful. "Romanze" transferred to Viola is also very romantic with a lot of vibrato.
[CD-New Record Comment]
The third album of Janssen, a Dutch female violinist, contains two major aesthetical violin concertos representing the romantic school. With the support of Chai and Gewandhaus tube, she performs a stretch of songs. Pay attention to the gentle viola performance.
