The original soundtrack of a smash hit by J. Goldsmith, who was a candidate for the Eternal Oscar, for the first time won the Academy Award for Original Composition. The mixed chorus of the religious Oratorio style creates an eerie atmosphere and contrasts vividly with the sweet melody of lullaby style. (7) is a vocal song not used in the play.

Jerry Goldsmith won the Academy Award for Original Composition with "Ave San Turney". It contains many pieces of music that livened up the story of Damjan, who was born as a child of the devil.
