It is a complete recording of 4 live performances held at Fillmore East for 2 days on New Year's Eve of' 69 and New Year's Day of' 70. It is backed by the band of Billy Cox and Buddy Miles. Four months after Woodstock, Jimi, who had already become a Living Legend, has performed in the most hip spot as a wonderful performance as expected.
