This is the third single of the unit by MC's TOC and DJ KATSU. Following the release of "Restaurant Shunkashuto" which became a hit by word-of-mouth, "Already Bye Bye" attracted attention. It put Lyric who expressed "no regrets" about parting with his lover on a truck full of Japanese atmosphere. "East Area" has an impressive track with an Asian taste.

The 3rd single released on December 2, 2009. "Already Bye Bye" is their representative song in the Indie era and is a rather heartbreaking heartbreak song. The coupling includes remix versions of the popular 2nd single "Restaurant Shunkashuto".
