A hot drama in which comic books written by Ryotaro Iwanaga were animated by elite staff. Three years have passed since the armistice of the War between Great Powers, but confusion and poverty continued. It depicts the activities of a platoon of PUMPKIN SCISSORS organized to overcome such a situation and promote reconstruction.
